We are currently looking for someone that could start as a bookkeeper with the ability to grow into a team leader. This can be a full time position
Our staff get involved in a variety of assignments which provide opportunity for growth and to obtain invaluable experience. This is an environment that you can learn and grow in.
Responsibilities
- Grow into the team leader for a group of highly professional bookkeepers.
- Run a daily huddles.
- Track client work loads.
- Manage client / bookkeeper communications.
- Provide bookkeeping support during busy periods.
- Monitor monthly client time budgets.
- Interface and support our Sales Team.
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and lead a team of professionals.
- knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
- Experience will accounting.
- Strong computer, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing target sales quotas for each time.
- Confer or Consult with departments to plan advertising services and to secure information on software and other services.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Monitor customer prefrences to determine focuse of sales efforts.
- Interface and support our Sales Team.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
